Solace is migrating to Solace ID, which sends a one-time passcode to your email address each time you sign into Solace Products, Support, Academy, Community, and Ideas. Beginning September 16th and over the coming weeks, username/password logins will be permanently disabled as part of this migration.
Please sign in to products.solace.com via Solace ID and permanently make the switch to Solace ID. No setup is required, access is granted automatically based on your organisation's email domain. Select ‘Solace ID login’ and enter your corporate email address, and a one-time code will be emailed to you so you can sign in.
If you have already been in contact with our team regarding specific requirements for your account, please be assured that your username/password login will remain active and that we will reach out to you directly before making any further changes.
